Description
Obsidian is a type of volcanic glass that does not contain a regular geometric pattern, typically formed when lava cools down quickly. It was often used to make arrowheads from Paleolithic times and beyond, and was named after a prominent ancient Roman, Obsius.
Obsidian is believed to be a highly grounding, cleansing, and protective stone. While it’s most commonly available in black, some types have different sheens and an array of colors, each containing their own additional and unique frequencies.
Silver sheen Obsidian is believed to have ties to the moon and can help us connect more deeply with our inner guidance and senses. Allowing yourself to get mesmerized in the bright silver flash can soothe the mind and calm the soul.
